- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0–3\+ years of relevant experience required; prior administrative experience preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization or complex work environment is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
Overview
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
No weekends or holidays required.

Role Overview:
This position provides administrative and technical support to department leaders and teams. Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, scheduling and coordination of surgical procedures and general administrative support. The role operates with basic guidance and progressively increasing independence.
This position will transition to fully remote upon successful completion of training.
Training \& Success Benchmarks:
* 3 months: Independently schedule patient cases
* 6 months: Fully autonomous in role; seeks guidance as needed
* 12 months: Fully trained and proficient across all responsibilities
