- Prepare, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Manage legal case files using document management systems, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct thorough document review and data entry to support case development and litigation efforts.
- Support project management tasks by coordinating deadlines, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized case calendars.
- Perform legal research utilizing research tools to gather relevant case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Provide administrative support including transcription, proofreading, filing, and maintaining communication via phone with professionalism and courtesy.
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
- Proven paralegal experience or relevant legal administrative experience in a law office setting.
- Familiarity and proficiency in document management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent research skills using Westlaw and LexisNexis to locate pertinent legal information efficiently.
- Exceptional writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence with clarity and accuracy.
