\\\Job Overview\\\
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a part\-time position. Our office is open Monday through Friday so candidate must be available during regular business hours. This position is in\-office in Epping, NH; remote work is not possible for this position.
\\\Duties\\\
\- Schedule appointments and classes
\- Collect and process payments
\- Answer phone calls
\- Set clients up in database
\- Perform intake/screening process either in person or virtual
\- Perform general administrative and clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
\\\Skills\\\
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
\- Ability to multi\-task
\- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
\- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
\- Ability to handle front desk duties in a professional manner
\- Familiarity with word and excel
\- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree or higher a plus
\\\Physical Requirements\\\
Candidate must be able to regularly climb stairs as part of the role
Candidate must be able to lift at least 25 pounds as part of the role
