Responsibilities

- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Assist with customer service tasks including answering phones and responding to inquiries
- Support sales and service departments with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and schedules for staff
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred, automotive experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
