  • Manage client accounts and update customer data accurately using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests or promote new services, maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
  • Assist with client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear understanding of products or services.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.

  • Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse client base effectively.
  • Strong sales aptitude with experience in upselling or cross\-selling is a plus.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with varied customers.
  • Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns and call center operations.
  • Excellent analysis skills to assess customer issues quickly and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Attention to detail in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining organized records.
