Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in either our Saratoga Springs or Cambridge NY office . This is a part\-time entry level position. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role is essential in supporting daily administrative tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite for document creation, data entry, and communication purposes
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Organize files and maintain an orderly office environment to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
  • Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in a law office or in real estate preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure high\-quality documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
