Who We’re Looking For:

Plaza Offices/Allied Offices is looking for a front desk receptionist/office assistant. Located in the heart of Summerlin, the Front Desk Receptionist will be the face of the office and an extension of our client’s business. The Front Desk receptionist is an active member in this dynamic workspace who will engage with companies across various sectors. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients, both virtual and dedicated, as well as the office staff and visitors. Professional communication skills, both oral and written are a must in this role. This position provides administrative support to our dedicated and virtual clients as well as the office staff. This role is also the first point of contact for office and staff emergencies and must be able to multitask under pressure.

Job Responsibilities \& Duties:

● Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, directing, and announcing them appropriately

● Respond to client, staff, and visitor inquiries via email, phone, and in\-person in an accurate and timely manner

● Responsible for mail facilitation including mail forwarding, mail scanning, handling outgoing mail, and receiving and sorting daily mail and package deliveries

● Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

● Update Calendars and Schedule meetings

● Handles billing matters, accepts payments and provides receipts for such payments

● Maintains confidentiality between clients as needed

● Performs other administrate duties as assigned by manager

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Preferred
  • ●Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

    ● Multitasking and time\-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

    ● Customer focused with a strong attention to detail

    ● Must be a self\-starter

    ● Friendly and approachable demeanor

    ● Must work well under pressure

    ● Can adapt to change easily in a fast\-paced environment

    ● Consistent professional dress code attire

    Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $13\.00 \- $15\.00 per hour
