Shibui Spa Front Desk Agent

*Job Summary:*

Each day you will help clients by answering the phones, checking guests in and out and processing payments. Between customers, you will excel at multitasking as you create retail displays, keep up on laundry, tidying up and even post on our social media accounts.

*Responsibilities:*

• Be on time for shift and maintain consistent, regular attendance record.
• Properly open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accurately book, adjust and cancel spa appointments.
• Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities.
• Ensure that locker room and relaxation area are clean and stocked for flow of in\-coming and out\-going guests.
• Ensure that the check\-in and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy by processing transactions accurately.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, facility features and hours of operation.
• Utilize computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed
• Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
• Uphold all OLCC laws and standards when serving wine or champaign to guest.
• Other admin duties as needed

*The Schedule:*

• Part\-time (
Friday\-Sunday) with the possibility of additional hours to cover call\-outs and business needs.
• We are currently open 9am and have various closing times with the latest being 6pm.
• Some holidays required
