Overview:
A fast\-paced accounting position with a growing Hospitality Management Company. Accounts Payable responsibilities include invoice processing, data entry, payment processing, reviewing/approving expense reports, reporting, and monthly close for multiple entities. May also include special projects such as general ledger reconciliation, research, and audit responses.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and organizing invoices via multiple sources
- GL coding and review,
- Data entry
- Check printing/payment processing
- Statement reconciliation
- Reporting
- Month\-end closing processes
- Special AP projects, including, but not limited to:
- AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity.
- High School Graduate
- Accounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing
- Fluency in English, both verbal and non\-verbal
- Able to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independently
- Able to prioritize; work must be timely and accurate
- Proficient with 10 Key
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
- General Ledger experience preferred
- Oracle, HIA, and Craftable experience preferred
- Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk

Qualifications:
