Centralized Accounts Payable Specialist

Overview:

A fast\-paced accounting position with a growing Hospitality Management Company. Accounts Payable responsibilities include invoice processing, data entry, payment processing, reviewing/approving expense reports, reporting, and monthly close for multiple entities. May also include special projects such as general ledger reconciliation, research, and audit responses.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and organizing invoices via multiple sources
  • GL coding and review,
  • Data entry
  • Check printing/payment processing
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Reporting
  • Month\-end closing processes
  • Special AP projects, including, but not limited to:
  • + Pre\-opening and transition invoice processing for new properties

    + Balance sheet reconciliation and research

  • AP tasks for several entities are managed centrally, and therefore this position will be from the home office and not at the physical location of the entity.
  • Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate
  • Accounting/Finance experience, must have knowledge of AP processing
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and non\-verbal
  • Able to provide and follow professional communication and directions and work independently
  • Able to prioritize; work must be timely and accurate
  • Proficient with 10 Key
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
  • General Ledger experience preferred
  • Oracle, HIA, and Craftable experience preferred
  • Extended time working at a computer and sitting at a desk
  • Location: Home Office, Englewood, CO. Hourly wage range: $27 \- $29/hr As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
