- 2 \- 3 years of experience working in a dermatology/medical environment preferred.
- Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems preferred.

Job Summary: Full Time Lead Patient Coordinator at our Clifton Park and Saratoga Springs Offices. The Lead Patient Coordinator is responsible for assisting the General Manager with supervising front office duties and staff. Previous healthcare experience is required
Schedule: Full time, 30\+ hours. Availability Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays within operating hours of 7:00am – 7:30pm. Open flexibility to help cover in a team environment is needed.
Lead Patient Coordinator
+ Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to patients, respective providers, PCs, and MAs.
+ Lead by example, maintains office presence and highest level of professionalism.
+ Assists GM with finding coverage for necessary shifts should there be a call out, emergency or PTO taken.
+ Train and supervise all front office staff. Check that beginning and end of day checklists are performed and signed off daily. Conduct weekly meetings with fellow PCs. Provide weekly feedback to the General Manager to discuss progress of employees and assess employees in need of re\-training.
+ Responsible to oversee that the front office staff is performing the scheduling tasks timely and correctly. Ensure that all scheduling, cancellations and confirmations and superbill entry are being done appropriately.
+ Notify, document, and advise respective General Manager of all personnel and patient complaints or issues.
+ Always maintain a neat and orderly work area throughout the office.
+ Maintain all office equipment, office supply inventory and follow bi\-weekly ordering protocol.
+ Oversee the creation of new medical records for each patient. Obtain all necessary copies of insurance cards, referrals, and demographic information. Responsible to assure that the staff is correctly entering data into system.
+ Maintain confidentiality of all patient and employee information.
+ Must exude a strong understanding of and enforce CLIA, OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
+ Responsible for auditing PC checklists and ensuring closing duties are being performed correctly. Must oversee that cash deposits are locked up in the appropriate location.
+ Have thorough knowledge of ALL procedures performed at offices.
Qualifications
Hourly Pay Rate: $20 \- $25
