##### Job Summary and Qualifications
##### The Transplant Assistant Post Kidney Transplant provides support for the solid organ transplant team.What you will do in this role:* Greets patients, visitors to our medical office
* Triages all phone calls into our Transplant Clinic
* Triage and process messages from all patients
* Provides assistance to patients when needed
* Manages inventory of necessary office supplies and coordinates ordering
* Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and organized
* Patients transfers within the facility
* Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider and clinical staff of any patient delays
* Collects and provides data entry consistent with established quality and integrity standards
* Maintains patient confidentiality
* Supports medical record integrity
###### What qualifications you will need:
##### * 1\-2 years clerical or medical office experience preferred
* Ability to work independently
* Strong oral and written skills
* Strong organization and time management skills to ensure patient flow
* Ability to meet and deal effectively with others
* Proficiency with computer
