This is a part time position ( 20 hours a week). You must have reliable transportation as you will have to go in the field to complete admissions for new clients .
Hours are 9a\-1pm Mon\-Fri .
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties virtually by answering multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management for caregivers and clients using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail, including medical and dental receptionist tasks when applicable
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone etiquette, email correspondence, and live chat interactions
- Maintain office management functions such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and overseeing clerical tasks like typing and data entry
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track payments and expenses
- Assist with personal assistant duties including calendar management, appointment reminders, and task prioritization
- Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or clerical roles within a healthcare or homecare setting preferred
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a virtual environment
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
- Experience with Homecare is desirable but not mandatory
- Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience in medical or dental reception roles preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or medical reception are advantageous
