We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office Assistant to support our administrative operations remotely from NJ. Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of office records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications for creating reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
  • Support calendar management and scheduling for team members, including setting appointments and reminders.
  • Handle customer service inquiries via phone or email, providing prompt and courteous support to clients and colleagues.
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, inventory tracking, and maintaining a clean workspace.
  • Provide administrative support for bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when necessary.
  • Requirements

  • Prior experience in office administration or clerical roles with demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi\-line phone systems in a professional environment.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures including filing systems, data entry, and calendar coordination.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus.
