Position Purpose: StoneX is a public financial\-services company, located in midtown Manhattan, which provides risk management strategies and access to financial markets to its clients. We are seeking a highly polished and experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer in our New York City headquarters location. This role requires exceptional judgment, precision, and discretion, as well as the ability to operate effectively in a high\-pressure, time\-sensitive environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex priorities, sensitive information, and interactions with senior internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Manages complex calendar, coordinates and prioritizes appointments/meetings and plans events utilizing MS Outlook
- Answers a high volume of calls, answer phone for CEO and take messages, when necessary
- Coordinates travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and support with travel documentation and procedures (itineraries, visa/passport procedures)
- Involves light personal assistant work
- Provides assistance with Executive Committee activities:
- Assists Executives with preparations for special presentations to the Board (editing, printing)
- Schedules conference calls and send out Outlook invites to the appropriate candidates
- Reviews and sorts paper\-based and electronic mail, identify action required and take action where appropriate
- Drafts and edits business documents and e\-mails
- Develops relationships with clients, co\-workers and other assistants in various StoneX offices
- Provides back\-up support to other colleagues within office, as needed
- Remains up\-to\-date on all key issues, tasks, results and efforts required of the office manager / company and provides support to ensure all are achieved on time or ahead of schedule and in a professional and quality\-focused manner
- Coordinate meetings and prepare arrangements for conferences, meetings, luncheons \& events, with help from Receptionist / Office Facilities
- Coordinates invoice processing, coding and logging for department
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

- 3\+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C\-level or senior executive
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfort with virtual meeting and document management platforms.
- Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Ability to handle sensitive material concerning the organization and the CEO’s role within the organization
- Experience in regulated environments and familiarity with compliance protocols.
- Comfort working extended or flexible hours as business needs dictate
- Bachelor’s degree

Hiring Salary Range $90,000 \- $100,000\. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
