Dynamic, high growth technology consulting firm focused on delivering solutions to large Fortune 500 and Government agency clients. Our business is highly focused on a specific set of technologies, we are well known as a top national Microsoft solution technology provider with solid relationships.

This will be a pivotal role in the company to assist with our growth. Currently our lead Sales/Marketing Executive needs a sales and marketing assistant to drive growth of the business. The job will involve daily management of key sales and marketing activities and systems, communication with clients and prospects, follow up on sales opportunities and leads, and development and delivery of proposals. Also involves updating PROJILITY systems and providing updates and requests to the Sales/Marketing Executive on a frequent basis.

Work is based in the Boca Raton area, with face to face meetings with the Sales Director to drive prioritization of activities a minimum of three (3\) times per week. Work will be performed remotely at your home office.

Duties

  • Maintains Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce.com system by lead, sales and opportunity activities and status
  • Attends meeting with clients and potential prospects, takes notes and follows up with action items, working with the Sales/Marketing Executive
  • Interacts with the Operations team to request information needed to deliver winning proposals
  • Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
  • Creates and follows up on public facing events (webinars) to ensure prospects are communicated with, managed, and moved through the sales cycle.
  • Provides corporate and solution information based upon prospect and client requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
  • Works with the Sales/Marketing Executive to prepare and deliver sales reports.
  • Communicates with the Sales/Marketing Executive on client\-related requests and issues.
  • Maintains marketing database (Constant Contact) and tools by inputting new prospects
  • Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and delivering client ready presentations and materials.
  • Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses, and forwarding for reimbursement.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Selling instincts preferred
  • Business to business marketing and/or sales support background desired
  • Pay: $45,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per year
