If you’re seeking a predictable routine or a highly structured environment, you may find our pace challenging.
However, if you’re someone who leans into change, enjoys solving hard problems with great teammates, and wants to contribute to technology that truly matters, you’ll fit right in. We’re excited to meet individuals who bring expertise in their craft, a willingness to experiment, and a mindset grounded in continuous learning.

- Clean up and organize existing data, files, and user accounts in preparation for migration.

- Configure organizational units (OUs), access controls, sharing policies, and security settings to align with existing security controls.
- Automate deployment and lifecycle management of identity tools across both platforms.
- Configure and maintain the identity federation between Entra ID and Google Workspace, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and MFA enforcement.
- Serve as a technical resource for the IT team on matters related to identity, collaboration tools, and system configurations in Google Workspace.
- Handle Tier 3 and Tier 4 helpdesk escalations related to Google Workspace.
- Respond immediately to security or usability concerns.
- Proactively monitor systems and address potential issues before they impact end users.
- Test software, review application logs, and document findings.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all system configurations, migration steps, and procedures.
- Provide weekly status reports to the IT Manager summarizing progress, risks, and upcoming milestones.
- 3\+ years of relevant experience in IT systems administration.

- Demonstrated, production\-level experience administering Google Workspace — including Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and Google Directory/GCDS.
- Experience supporting a Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace migration or comparable platform transition, including environment preparation and integration work.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation of identity management, system administration, and IT operations tasks.
- Experience designing and implementing IT automation workflows, including user provisioning, access management, and system configuration tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non\-technical stakeholders.
