Your Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will serve as an Assistant Business Manager, taking on a wide range of responsibilities. You’ll work directly with a Business Manager and collaborate closely with a small yet experienced team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding new clients and managing ongoing client relationships.
• Handling client inquiries, financial emergencies, and day\-to\-day needs.
• Leading accounting and finance projects, with a broad scope of work.
• Developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance client services.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting from an accredited university.
• 4\-6 years of accounting/finance experience (public or private).
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience at a regional or larger CPA firm.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly.
• Reside in the Los Angeles area for occasional local travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA designation.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
• Background in entertainment business management.

Bonus Package

• Annual target bonus of 10% for all salaried employees.
