Bridging Books Accounting is a growing, modern accounting firm providing high\-level bookkeeping, tax, and CFO\-style advisory services to small businesses. We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented Executive Assistant to support both business operations and leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants hands\-on exposure to accounting, business strategy, and operations.

Position Overview

The Executive Assistant will work closely with the owner to support client work, internal operations, and business growth initiatives. This is a dynamic role that blends administrative support with bookkeeping, payroll assistance, and strategic coordination.

You will play a key role in keeping the business organized, efficient, and growing.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting \& Client Support

  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online (coding transactions, reconciliations, cleanup)
  • Help maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records
  • Support payroll processing and reporting
  • Organize client documents (Dext, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Assist in preparing client deliverables and reports
  • Operations \& Organization

  • Manage task tracking and workflow systems
  • Maintain internal processes and ensure deadlines are met
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and organizing documentation
  • Communicate with clients for follow\-ups, missing documents, and scheduling
  • Business Growth \& Strategy Support

  • Assist with marketing efforts (social media coordination, posting, content organization)
  • Help implement systems and automation tools to improve efficiency
  • Support CRM and internal system development (AI\-focused tools, client tracking)
  • Conduct research and assist with new initiatives
  • Executive \& Personal Support

  • Manage calendar, scheduling, and inbox organization
  • Assist with personal administrative tasks as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow\-ups
  • Help prioritize daily and weekly objectives

Pay: $20\.00 \- $27\.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thermal, CA 92274
