How you'll make an impact in this role:
- Administer associate data, position data, benefits data and/or contingent staffing life cycle, including recruitment, on\-boarding, data updates, and termination. Serve as a primary resource for Human Resources (HR) support and issue resolution. Provide analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs to associates, carriers and third\-party administrators.
- Problem solves and complete a variety of associate life cycle data management transactions.
- Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by HR Shared Services and appropriately document case details in the case management system.
- Participate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes, as needed.
- Collaborate with other cross\-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Data entry experience desired
- Previous HR experience desired
