Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking system..
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture. (Knowledge of Connecteam is a plus)
- Support employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, coordinating review schedules, and assisting with performance management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records through data entry, file management, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to HR projects such as affirmative action planning, succession planning, and organization design to support strategic workforce development.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by assisting in conflict management efforts and promoting positive communication across teams.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management practices and employment \& labor law regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Experience in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing via social media, job boards, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with employees at all levels and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management techniques while maintaining attention to detail.
- Competence in training \& development initiatives along with knowledge of OSHA standards for workplace safety compliance.
