Steadily growing manufacturing company looking for a dependable, detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy staying organized, helping different departments, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be a great fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Create and print labels for outbound packages and freight
- Help the finance team with sales orders and data entry
- Assist the shipping department with day\-to\-day tasks
- Support the sales team with various administrative needs
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Jump in and help with other tasks as needed
- 1–2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- QuickBooks experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Good attention to detail and problem\-solving skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Organized, reliable, and able to work both independently and with a team
