Client Relations \& Operations Manager (Remote)

About the Role

NJ Leasing Group is a growing apartment leasing company that works with property owners and managers across New Jersey to help market and lease residential units quickly and efficiently.

We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and people\-oriented Office Manager who will serve as the main point of contact for clients while also helping coordinate the internal team.

This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to keep operations organized and running smoothly. You will be interacting regularly with property owners, managers, leasing agents, and internal staff to ensure everything runs efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication \& Customer Service

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners and clients
  • Provide updates and maintain strong relationships with landlords and property managers
  • Help onboard new units and ensure a smooth setup process
  • Handle general client communication and ensure a high level of service
  • Operations \& Team Coordination

  • Oversee office assistants and virtual assistants who handle calls, emails, and tour scheduling
  • Ensure prospects are contacted promptly and tours are scheduled efficiently
  • Support leasing agents and ensure they have the information and resources they need
  • Scheduling \& Organization

  • Maintain organized systems for prospects, listings, and client information
  • Coordinate tour schedules with leasing agents
  • Ensure follow\-ups and communication with prospects happen on time
  • Listings \& Marketing Support

  • Assist with creating and managing property listings
  • Help create, maintain and grow the company’s social media presence
  • Support marketing efforts to promote available units

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate teams
  • Comfortable working remotely and taking initiative
  • Experience in customer service, operations, real estate, or office management is a plus

Pay: $13\.00 \- $15\.50 per hour
