Executive Assistant (On\-Site) — BRICKS Brand HouseRole SummaryBRICKS is a disruptive Lifestyle Collective \+ Brand House built for the shift happening in social platforms: from social media to interest media. We operate out of a 13,000 sq/ft luxury industrial warehouse in Downtown Salt Lake City that produces UGC\-style content 5 days a week — business mixed with events, lifestyle, supercars, and street art.
To be clear: We’re hiring an on\-site Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help run day\-to\-day operations inside the warehouse. This is a high\-visibility, high\-trust role. You’ll keep the CEO’s calendar tight, clients moving forward, and internal systems organized. You’ll also be on camera at times as we film content in the building.
Location \& Schedule
* On\-site only (Downtown Salt Lake City)
- Full\-time, full workdays (exact schedule set during hiring)
- Fast\-paced environment; high responsiveness expected
- Compensation may go up or down depending on experience, skill level, and fit.

- Own CEO calendar management: scheduling, rescheduling, confirmations, reminders
- Book meetings and coordinate logistics (on\-site, off\-site, and virtual)
- Manage inbox follow\-ups and ensure nothing drops
- Prepare daily/weekly run\-of\-show for CEO priorities
- Support client/member onboarding and ongoing communication
- Track deliverables, next steps, and timelines across members
- Maintain a clean pipeline of conversations, renewals, and upsells
- Help coordinate monthly member events and facility usage
- Build and maintain SOPs for how BRICKS runs (simple, repeatable systems)
- Organize and maintain Monday.com (CRM/pipeline, tasks, notes, follow\-ups)
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and Google suite. (Excel, Word,etc)
- Create templates for client comms, scheduling, and internal checklists
- Coordinate with the media team to keep operations aligned
- Document BRICKS’ existing content strategy into clear, usable SOPs and checklists
- Maintain a simple “source of truth” for content rules, posting standards, naming conventions, and collaboration/tagging guidelines
- Capture updates from the CEO and keep documentation current
- Prepare and organize documents for signature via DocuSign
- Interface with BRICKS’ accountants as needed (we have accountants; you’ll help keep info organized and moving)
- Support basic coordination/visibility in QuickBooks (high\-level familiarity; not doing full bookkeeping)
- Extremely detail\-oriented; strong follow\-through
- High energy, proactive, and comfortable in a fast\-moving environment
- Strong written communication and professional presence
- Comfortable being on camera and working in a filmed environment
- Able to work on\-site in Downtown Salt Lake City (this is not remote)
- Strong organization skills across calendars, tasks, and multiple stakeholders
- High proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs/Sheets)
- Strong skills in Excel (and/or Google Sheets)
- Experience as an EA, operations coordinator, project coordinator, or account manager
- Strong experience running workflows in Monday.com
- High\-level comfort with DocuSign and QuickBooks
- Event coordination experience
- CEO calendar is clean, protected, and optimized
- Monday.com is organized and consistently updated
- Clear SOPs exist for key workflows (onboarding, scheduling, client follow\-ups)
- Content strategy documentation is organized, clear, and easy for the team to follow
- Clients/members feel taken care of and communication is tight
