We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented team member who wants to grow with the firm and play a meaningful role in shaping our client experience, operations, and brand.
Position Overview
This is a full‑time role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, client‑focused environment. You will support the attorneys directly and help manage the day‑to‑day operations of the practice, including client intake, communication, billing, drafting support, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Client Intake \& Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Manage intake calls, emails, and follow‑ups
- Gather necessary documents and information
- Maintain a warm, professional, and responsive client experience
- Draft and send engagement letters and onboarding materials
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and deadlines
- Prepare and organize documents, templates, and client files
- Perform basic research and first‑pass drafting (training provided)
- Manage e‑signatures, file organization, and workflow tracking
- Create and send invoices
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records in practice management software
- Support process improvements and system optimization
- Draft short blog posts, newsletters, and educational content
- Assist with social media planning and posting
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns and outreach
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Excellent with written and verbal communication
- Comfortable speaking with clients
- Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
- Interested in marketing, content creation, or business operations
- Excited about joining a growing firm and taking on increasing responsibility
- Prior administrative, customer service, or professional office experience preferred
- Strong writing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
