Duties
- Greet visitors, answer multi\-line phone systems, and manage responsibilities with professionalism and warmth
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide excellent customer service using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity while supporting administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing
- Learning how to arrange and dispatch vehicles and drivers.
- Strong clerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document management
- Previous experience with customer service required
- Previous experience Dispatching helpful
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of customer support
