We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented E\-Commerce \& Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves a variety of tasks that are critical to the success of our online business, including customer service, operations, content creation, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support
- Respond promptly to customer emails and chats, providing excellent customer service.
- Oversee product returns, review return reports, and ensure resolutions are processed efficiently.
- Create and send weekly marketing emails and coupons.
- Maintain and optimize ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging content for TikTok and other social media platforms to promote our brand and products.
- Generate accurate shipping labels and ensure timely order processing.
- Create and upload product listings across various e\-commerce platforms.
- Optimize current listings for visibility, accuracy, and conversion.
- Conduct product and market research to identify trends, new products, and potential brands for expansion.
- Assist in building and maintaining the image and identity of our product lines.
- Assist with printing, filing, labeling, and other daily office tasks.
- Help prepare packages and samples for influencers, customers, or affiliates.
- Organize inventory shelves and maintain tidy workspaces in both the warehouse and office.
- Participate in regular team meetings to report on progress and share ideas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shared office areas to ensure a productive work environment.
- Previous experience in e\-commerce or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and basic graphic design tools (preferred).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Self\-motivated and proactive.
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, systems, and responsibilities.
