Job Summary

Corcus Construction is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for performing a variety of office administration tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast\-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical project files
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and company calendars
  • Support project managers with administrative paperwork and documentation
  • Prepare, format, and distribute reports, forms, and correspondence
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with data entry and updating company records or databases
  • Help coordinate office activities and support daily operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • Previous administrative or office assistant experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software
  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in the construction industry or a similar environment
  • Familiarity with document management and project paperwork
  • Work Environment

    This position operates in a professional office setting and requires regular interaction with office staff, project managers, and external vendors.

    Pay: $25\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour
