Overview

We are looking for a dual\-threat professional to support the growth of Sandpiper (AI\-first digital marketplace ) for monthly rentals, while simultaneously managing the operations for the construction project in the Central West End. You will act as the "air traffic controller" for property operations, guest/tenant relations, and executive administration.

You are pro at delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. Your proactive approach will help optimize property performance, streamline leasing processes, and foster positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders alike.

Duties

* Lead Management \& Communications : Respond to inquiries for high\-intent leads for the Sandpiper marketplace. Facilitate communication between tenants, prospects, and vendors through professional phone etiquette and customer relationship management tools

* Admin assistance: Assist the CEO with administrative tasks related to SandpiperHomes.ai, including basic data entry, vendor outreach, and team coordination (US/India/).

* Vendor \& Expense Coordination: Manage schedules for construction contractors. Prepare paperwork for bank draws, schedule inspections etc.

* Tours \& Onboarding: Schedule and tours/showings and coordinate digital walkthroughs for remote monthly renters.

* Lease Execution: Manage tenant screening procedures utilizing third party software. Draft and execute mid\-term and short\-term lease agreements via property management software.

  • Assist with legal administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts, maintaining lease files, and ensuring adherence to landlord\-tenant law
  • Requirements

    * Experience: 2\+ years in property management, real\-estate or as a high\-level administrative assistant.

    * Tech Savvy: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), CRM software, and Google Workspace is required. Experience with AI\-first tools (Cursor, ChatGPT) is a huge plus.

    * Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills; you will be the "voice" of the brand for guests and vendors.

    * Mobility: Must have reliable transportation to visit the Lindell Blvd \& occasionally you might to have drive to property for showings..

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell available units or amenities effectively
  • Effective negotiation skills for lease agreements and contract discussions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating professionalism via phone etiquette and written correspondence

Growth: Opportunity to move into an Associate Director of Operations role as the Sandpiper marketplace scales.

Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour
