Job Description and Duties
The Analyst I performs a wide variety of operational assignments within the Management Services and Innovation Group of the Project Planning Section (PPS) and provides administrative assistance on critical and time\-sensitive assignments related to training, travel, expenses, Human Resource related task, calendar/scheduling activities and budget tracking to support the Deputy Director, Senior Management Team (SMT) and the Office of Information Technology Services (OTS).

Working Conditions
HCAI offers a hybrid telework schedule with a combination of remote and in\-office work schedules for CA residents only. The telework policy is subject to change, and additional in\-office days may be required and/or minimal notification may be given to report to the worksite if an urgent need arises.Telework schedules: The expectation is that all staff will work in office 4 days a week July 1, 2026\. HCAI does not provide visa sponsorship and is not an E\-Verify employer.
