We are a multi doctor office and adjust upwards of 400\+ patients per week, so this environment is meant for someone comfortable with hundreds of different people and personalities – all there for the same reason: to change their life. Our independent office building is efficient and fun while getting things done. We are conveniently located right in beautiful downtown Hudson, WI just minutes from the Twin Cities off of Interstate 94\.

We are seeking to grow our team and add a part to full time (approximately 34 hours/week) Chiropractic Assistant. This position will include both communication and administrative aspects.

Our fast paced, friendly clinic is seeking an individual that is a team player, loves health and a variety filled environment. This individual must have the values and details that bring a quality experience to our patients! A love for chiropractic and health freedom is a must!

Position Description:

This position will be Monday\-Friday 6:30 \- 11:15 and/or 1:30pm \- 6:20pm (hours vary)

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Qualifications:

    \- Team player with strong communication skills to be used between doctors, staff and patients.

    \- Excellent customer service skills, providing the best possible patient experience.

    \- Results oriented and driven to take the necessary steps to reach goals for the office as a whole.

    \- Embraces and seeks new opportunities to expand and grow within their career.

    \- Knowledge of programs such as Canva and Google Suite are a plus, but willing to learn is a must.

    \- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and more are a plus, but willing to learn is a must.

    Compensation and Hours:

    \- This is a full time position with opportunities for advancement. Upon hire, you'll begin at approximately 32\-36 hours per week.

    \- This positions hours and pay will be discussed and determined with applicants. This position will include morning and evening hours within the business week and has the possibility of some Saturday morning hours 3\-4 times a year for marketing and special event purposes.
