ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a high\-impact role designed to amplify the CEO’s capacity and effectiveness across strategic, operational, and administrative functions. This is a remote position with possible occasional travel to the company’s offices in Bonney Lake, WA and Dunedin, FL as needed. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of the CEO’s time, priorities, and follow\-through—serving as a trusted partner who brings structure, discretion, and proactive judgment to every interaction.
This is not a traditional administrative support role. It requires the ability to anticipate needs, synthesize information, and drive accountability across teams. The right person will thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment and operate with the confidence of a seasoned professional.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Calendar \& Travel Management: Maintain full ownership of the CEO’s schedule, travel arrangements, and meeting cadence to ensure time is allocated to the highest\-priority activities.
* Initiative Development: Translate the CEO’s ideas and directives into clearly defined, structured initiatives with actionable next steps.
* Cross\-Functional Accountability: Monitor execution across departments, follow up with leadership on deliverables, and ensure commitments are met on time.
* Leadership Meeting Support: Attend leadership meetings (L10s) and produce structured action summaries with clear owners and deadlines.
* Executive Briefings: Prepare concise briefing documents, talking points, and background materials in advance of meetings and events.
* Project Visibility: Maintain an up\-to\-date dashboard of active projects, key milestones, and outstanding commitments for executive review.
* Household \& Vendor Coordination: Manage logistics and vendor relationships for the CEO’s residences in Bonney Lake, WA and Dunedin, FL.
* Gatekeeper \& Prioritization: Protect the CEO’s time by filtering inbound requests, managing priorities, and structuring information flow.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Proven experience supporting C\-level executives in a high\-growth or entrepreneurial environment
- Strong organizational instincts with the ability to manage competing priorities with minimal direction
- Familiarity with EOS or similar operational frameworks preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Comfort operating across both professional and personal domains on behalf of the CEO
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication software
- Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices in Bonney Lake, WA and Dunedin, FL
