ABA Your Way is hiring an experienced ABA Scheduler / Service Coordinator to support scheduling remotely, utilization, staffing coordination, and recruiting needs for a growing ABA practice.

This is a fast\-paced, high\-responsibility role. Prior experience in an ABA therapy environment is required.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate scheduling for new client starts and ongoing cases
  • Ensure sessions are appropriately staffed and clinically compliant
  • Monitor utilization and identify gaps in service hours
  • Actively close scheduling gaps to meet authorization requirements
  • Manage cancellations and schedule required make\-up sessions
  • Track staff availability, PTO, and coverage needs
  • Report utilization and completion rates to leadership
  • Communicate daily with clinical and operations teams
  • Support recruiting efforts as needed (posting roles, screening, interview coordination, conducting initial interviews)
  • Requirements \& Experience

  • Prior experience working in an ABA therapy environment
  • ABA scheduling experience required
  • Strong organizational and time\-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multitask and problem\-solve under pressure
  • Comfortable making quick decisions and schedule adjustments
  • Detail\-oriented with strong follow\-through
  • Sit, stand, bend, averaging 1\-5 hours
  • Must be able to use a computer, tablet and take electronic data accurately. Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • Preferred

  • Experience with ABA practice management software
  • Healthcare, ABA, or medical scheduling background
  • Excel or Google Sheets experience
  • Experience supporting recruiting or onboarding
  • Bi\-lingual
  • Compensation \& Benefits

  • starting at 23\.00 per hour with a rate increase to 25\.00 if 90 days introductory period and KPI's
  • Initial hours are part time, for the right candidate this can turn into a fulltime leadership position as Aba Your Way continues to grow
