Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using our specialized scheduling software
  • Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions with a friendly, professional demeanor
  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, confirm appointments, and gather feedback
  • Enter data accurately into databases, maintaining organized records of client interactions and scheduling details
  • Handle card transactions and process payments with precision while maintaining confidentiality
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, positive interactions at all times
  • Experience

  • Previous experience in customer support roles is preferred
  • Proven ability in outbound calling, data entry, and client services with strong analysis skills
  • Familiarity with general computer skills required
  • Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus but not mandatory
