Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using our specialized scheduling software
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with clients, confirm appointments, and gather feedback
- Enter data accurately into databases, maintaining organized records of client interactions and scheduling details
- Handle card transactions and process payments with precision while maintaining confidentiality
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear, positive interactions at all times
- Previous experience in customer support roles is preferred
- Proven ability in outbound calling, data entry, and client services with strong analysis skills
- Familiarity with general computer skills required
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus but not mandatory
