Duties
- Manage front office operations and handling customers with professionalism.
- Operate phone system, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records through filing systems.
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management tasks as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing client questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with clerical duties including filing, data entry, and customer service practices.
