Responsibilities

  • Manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages
  • Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records
  • Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support administrative tasks such as managing emails, processing tax returns, and supporting personal assistant functions when needed
  • Maintain a professional appearance at the front desk while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
  • Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with multi\-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
  • Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Knowledge of office management procedures along with customer service expertise to support client interactions
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks and basic knowledge of accounting firm receptionist duties is a plus
  • Strong typing skills combined with attention to detail for accurate data entry and correspondence processing
