Position Summary

Pointe Alarm is seeking a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and assist company leadership with a variety of operational projects. This role helps keep office activities organized and ensures follow\-up items are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and document organization
  • Follow up on internal tasks and vendor requests
  • Help coordinate office projects and administrative processes
  • Maintain files, spreadsheets, and internal records
  • Assist departments with general office needs
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Prior office or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and follow\-up skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and office software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Job Type: Full\-time

    Pay: $19\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
