Position Summary
Pointe Alarm is seeking a dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative tasks and assist company leadership with a variety of operational projects. This role helps keep office activities organized and ensures follow\-up items are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to management
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document organization
- Follow up on internal tasks and vendor requests
- Help coordinate office projects and administrative processes
- Maintain files, spreadsheets, and internal records
- Assist departments with general office needs
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- Prior office or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and follow\-up skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and office software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
