We are seeking an energetic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our upscale barbershop team. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Schedule appointments using calendar management tools, ensuring optimal flow of client bookings
- Handle client check\-ins and check\-outs smoothly, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including filing and data entry tasks
- Assist with office management duties such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and record keeping
- Use computer skills to update client records, process payments, and support bookkeeping activities
- Support team members with clerical tasks like proofreading documents and managing correspondence
- Excellent customer service skills with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office management software including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Office experience or administrative background, including clerical experience and calendar management
- Computer literacy with typing skills to ensure quick data entry and document processing
- Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is beneficial
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, filing systems, proofreading, and general office procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively while supporting team needs in a dynamic setting
