Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and managing multi\-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Handle incoming calls using proper phone etiquette, directing inquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and update records with precision and attention to detail
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support office management and financial recordkeeping
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors
  • Conduct clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, organizing files, and supporting office management activities
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an office environment or administrative role with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is preferred
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry and manage multi\-line phone systems efficiently
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy in typing, proofreading, filing, and calendar management
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced setting
