Overview
Karaya Art LLC and A Stroke of Genius Paint \& Sip are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Studio \& Client Relations Coordinator to support two branches of the business:
* In\-studio private events at A Stroke of Genius Paint \& Sip (Waukesha)
* Pop\-up Paint \& Sip experiences hosted at partner venues such as restaurants, bars, cafés, and event spaces throughout the Milwaukee area
This role focuses primarily on email management, customer service, scheduling, and partnership coordination, with optional outreach during slower periods. The position is flexible and can be customized based on availability, strengths, and business needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesEmail \& Communication Management
- Monitor, organize, and respond to incoming emails for both business branches
- Provide professional, friendly customer service to inquiries related to:
- Private parties
- Group events
- Pop\-up paint \& sip partnerships
- Share accurate information about packages, pricing, and options
- Flag and forward emails that require direct owner involvement
- Schedule and manage:
- Phone calls
- Video meetings
- In\-person meetings
- Coordinate calendars between clients, partners, and the owner
- Track important dates, follow\-ups, and pending conversations
- Assist with inquiries from:
- Private party hosts (birthdays, bachelorettes, team events, etc.)
- Restaurants, bars, cafés, and venues interested in pop\-up collaborations
- Support early\-stage conversations by sharing correct information and next steps
- Help move conversations toward booked events when appropriate
- During slower periods, assist with outreach to:
- Potential venue partners
- Businesses interested in hosting paint \& sip events
- Maintain a friendly, professional tone that represents the brand well
- Communicate offerings in a warm, confident, and inviting way
- Help “sell the experience,” not just the service
- Maintain a positive attitude when engaging with clients and partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, kind, and personable demeanor
- Customer service experience (events, hospitality, sales, or admin preferred)
- Organized and detail\-oriented
- Comfortable managing email, calendars, and scheduling tools
- Access to a computer and reliable internet
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally on behalf of the business
- Experience in event coordination, hospitality, or sales
- Comfort with outreach or partnership conversations
- Interest in art, creative experiences, or community events
