This is not a glorified admin role. You’ll be involved in:

We use EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and are looking for someone already familiar with the model — ideally from a company where you’ve seen a strong Integrator in action and are now ready to become one yourself.
$65,000 – $80,000 base DOE \+ bonus opportunities tied to increased sales growth and company milestones
Santa Barbara\-area preferred (some remote flexibility may exist for the right candidate)
