Executive Assistant – Real Estate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Executive Assistant to support a growing real estate business. This role requires strong follow\-up skills, marketing coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. A real estate license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing \& Branding
- Create property flyers and marketing materials
- Manage social media postings (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Prepare and coordinate open house materials and setup
- Design and send out mailers
- Send follow\-up emails to clients and leads
- Schedule property showings and manage calendars
- Coordinate inspections and communicate with vendors
- Track deadlines and ensure timely follow\-ups
- Purchase and coordinate client gifts
- Assist with client appreciation events
- Maintain organized client database and communication records
- Real estate license preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proactive with strong follow\-up habits
- Comfortable with marketing tools (Canva, social media platforms, MLS, etc.)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Detail\-oriented and process\-driven
- Strong at follow\-up and deadline management
