GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative, friendly, hardworking individual to join our team! Our office assistant position is open and we are needing a dependable person to be our First Impression Director \| VP of Misc Stuff.
The available position includes greeting customers, assisting customers in connecting with our team of realtors, answering calls, stocking and organizing, data entry and light cleaning. As well as, performing other duties as needed by the team to maximize productivity and ensure 110% customer satisfaction. Marketing experience preferred but not required.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide excellent customer service, greet and assist customers.
- Answer calls and route messages to our team members.
- A team player and looking for a long\-term position.
- Organizing and keeping the office tidy.
- Running errands as needed.
- Happy and pleasant individual that is a people person.
- Technologically competent with proficient computer skills for inputting data.
- Detail\-oriented, professional, self\-sufficient, motivated, problem\-solver, honest, timely, respectful and overall just a good human.
- Superb customer service skills and a positive attitude about life.
- Flexible personality to handle special projects.
- Social media and marketing experience are a plus. Job duties will be expanded in the event the hired individual possesses these skills. Wage may be reconsidered depending on level of experience.

Qualifications, Knowledge \& Skills:
WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:
Clerical, receptionist and/or administrative experience. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
