Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and spreadsheets
  • Manage data collection processes, ensuring completeness and correctness of information
  • Perform data entry tasks with high typing speed and accuracy, including transcription of documents and digital records
  • Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically for easy retrieval
  • Assist with order entry processes, verifying details and processing transactions efficiently
  • Support office operations by handling clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organize data sets, and generate basic reports for management review
  • Skills

  • Proficiency in working with databases and ERP systems to manage large volumes of information
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and organization
  • Excellent typing skills coupled with attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription tasks
  • Solid understanding of basic math principles to verify figures and perform calculations as needed
  • Previous office or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and familiarity with filing systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy standards
  • Knowledge of data collection techniques, order processing procedures, and pivot table creation for advanced data analysis
