Description:

We are looking for an entry level personal assistant that will work directly with the restaurant owner. The ideal candidate is a one who is looking to learn the basics of restaurant ownership and grow with the company. One who will join the team as we enter our third year in business to train and learn our systems. Pay will increase dependent upon individual contributions and performance. The ideal candidate must be willing to occasionally work and train in the restaurant. Relevant experience: makeup, cosmetologist, hair stylist, social media influence, server, hostess, bar tender, housekeeper, Door dasher, Instacart.

Administrative \& Organizational Tasks:

* Kitchen Training

* Communication Management:Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, both internal and external.

* Document Management:Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital documents, including files, records, and reports.

* Meeting Coordination:Preparing agendas, scheduling meetings and following up on action items.

* Personal Assistance:Assisting with any personal needs or requests by the owner.

* Social Media Management:Developing engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

* Accounts Payable:Assisting with paying invoices, delivering or ordering supplies.

    Pay: $25\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
