Responsibilities
- Contact patients regarding appointments, follow\-ups, and documentation needs
- Answer calls and messages from patients
- Schedule and manage provider calendars
- Assist patients with intake forms and required documentation
- Coordinate communication between patients and clinical providers
- Support insurance verification and administrative workflows as needed
- Professional, compassionate, and patient\-centered
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, text\-based platforms)
- Highly organized and comfortable multitasking
- Familiarity with medical or mental health settings preferred
- Interest in healthcare administration or mental health
