Duties
- Enter customer orders promptly and accurately into our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, ensuring all details are correct and complete
- Maintain and update databases with current order information, tracking status and resolving discrepancies as needed
- Utilize computer skills to manage data entry tasks efficiently, including typing, transcription, and data collection
- Organize and file order documents systematically to support easy retrieval and record keeping
- Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to verify order details and resolve issues swiftly
- Support clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic math calculations to ensure smooth administrative workflows
- Proven experience in office settings with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, ERP systems, and general office software
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; experience in transcription is a plus
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for verifying quantities, prices, and totals during data entry processes
- Familiarity with data collection methods and maintaining detailed records
- Previous experience in order entry or related roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
