Vive Mas Medical Spa is a growing wellness and hormone optimization clinic specializing in testosterone therapy, peptide treatments, weight management, and injectable therapies. We are seeking a reliable and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team in a hybrid clinical \+ administrative role.
This position begins with Monday clinic shifts and remote administrative support, with strong opportunity for additional clinic days as patient volume grows.
Clinical Responsibilities (Onsite)
- Perform venipuncture/blood draws
- Administer IM/SubQ injections under provider protocols
- Obtain vitals and assist with patient intake
- Prepare medications using sterile technique
- Monitor patients post\-treatment
- Assist with room setup and turnover
- Appointment confirmations
- Follow\-up texts/messages
- Chart updates
- Intake form review
- Basic CRM/EHR updates
- Medical Assistant certification preferred
- Venipuncture experience required
- Injection experience preferred
- BLS certification
- Strong communication skills
- Highly reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Interested in wellness and preventative medicine
- Detail\-oriented and organized
- Wants to grow with a clinic long term
- Comfortable with both patient care and admin tasks
