Clinical Responsibilities

The Medication Management Prescriber will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management within a recovery\-oriented behavioral health framework.

Core responsibilities include:

* Diagnostic psychiatric assessment and treatment planning

* Evidence\-informed medication management

* Participation in CCS interdisciplinary treatment teams

* Collaboration with therapy and service facilitation providers

* Clinical documentation consistent with Wisconsin DHS 36, organizational policy, and applicable regulatory standards

* Coordination with pharmacy, primary care, and laboratory services

* Interpretation of relevant diagnostic and medical information

* Medically necessary clinical support activities related to client treatment

Billable clinical time may include authorized clinical activities that directly support patient care.

Schedule and Service Design

* Hybrid in\-person and telehealth service delivery

Regional Clinical Coverage

Approximately one day per month may be allocated to regional service sites located in:

Travel time associated with approved clinical services may be considered billable clinical time when pre\-authorized and clinically appropriate, consistent with organizational policy.

Compensation

Compensation is designed to reflect the clinical expertise and professional responsibility associated with advanced psychiatric practice within a recovery\-oriented behavioral health setting.

Compensation begins at $98–$114\+ per billable client hour, based on clinical experience, licensure status, and professional qualifications.

Compensation is determined in accordance with organizational compensation policy and clinical service structure.

Qualifications

* PMHNP, psychiatric physician assistant, or MD/DO

* Active Wisconsin licensure in good standing

* DEA registration or eligibility
