Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Manage multi\-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and accessible
- Handle data entry tasks using computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings to support office operations
- Perform clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records
- Support administrative tasks such as answering emails, managing correspondence, and assisting with light bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Assist with office management responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations and efficient workflow
- Proven experience in an office environment with clerical or administrative responsibilities
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast\-paced setting
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Experience with multi\-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is preferred
- Prior experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in recordkeeping and proofreading tasks
