Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Receptionist/Front Desk professional to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Duties

  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools
  • Assist with adminitrative support including copying, scanning, faxing, and preparing reports or presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Manage front desk supplies inventory, order office essentials as needed, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and inviting
  • Experience

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with a focus on customer service and front desk operations
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Experience working with multi\-line phone systems and providing excellent phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
  • Prior experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; familiarity with appointment scheduling software is advantageous
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered beneficial for handling calendar management and administrative support tasks
